Marine Lance Cpl. Michael V. Postal 21, of Glen Oaks, N.Y. was assigned to 3rd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, N.C. He was killed May 7 2005 by enemy action while conducting combat operations in Anbar province, Iraq.
